All permit holders must hold a valid National Rod License before fishing at Bristol Water Fisheries.
Season permits entitle a maximum of 6 fish to be retained in any one day’s fishing unless otherwise stated.
Permit entitles a maximum of 125 fish to be retained, no more than 6 a day.
Accurate and regular catch returns must be completed at the end of each day's fishing.
Anglers may not be at the lakeside until one hour before sunrise.
Anglers may tackle up earlier, but should not leave the car parks.
Staking of places on the bank is not permitted.
Unattended nets may be seized.
Bank anglers must be respectful of other lake users at all times when on company property.
Permit holders are responsible for their own personal safety when on company property.
Safety:
You are responsible for your own safety when angling on Bristol Water property. Any safety measures taken by Bristol Water do not relieve you of this responsibility. If you go into the water you do so at your own risk.
For your safety, Bristol Water strongly advises wearing a lifejacket when bank fishing.
At times, hidden dangers such as deep water, obstacles, weed beds, or soft mud may hamper entry into the water and limit available fishing spots.
Do not cast if there is a danger of hitting people behind you. Be especially careful on or near public areas and footpaths.
Anglers should comply with the safety advice set out above at all times when on Bristol Water property. Failure to do so may result in death or serious injury.
Bristol Water will not be liable for any death or personal injury resulting from the failure of Anglers to abide by the safety rules or other unsafe behaviour by anglers. This does not exclude Bristol Water’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence or that of its employees or agents.
Parking in ‘permit only’ car parks permitted by permit holder only.
Parking in pay and display parking areas is FREE for permit holders.
Permit holders must clearly display their complimentary parking sticker in their registered vehicle when on company property.

No wading is permitted at Barrow tanks.
Open to all members of the public.

Refunds:
Refunds only available in the event of cancellation of entitlement by Bristol Water. Refunds, in the event of cancellation by Bristol Water, on a pro-rata basis only.
Right to modify:
Bristol Water reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions by giving you notice by email.
Right to refuse access:
Bristol Water reserves the right to refuse entry to company property.
